What is your shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. Your order will be shipped from us within 1-2 business days excluding public holidays. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
No, unfortunately we do not ship outside of Australia at this time.
What is the status of my order?
If you did not recieve a tracking number or email about your order, please contact us at admin@thecampoutco.com.au and we can assist you.
I entered the wrong shipping address - HELP!
If the order hasn’t shipped, we can help. If it has shipped, sadly, our hands are tied. The best time to reach us to change your address is either right after you placed it or before 9.00am AEST the next business day. We recommend reaching out to us at admin@thecampoutco.com.au
How do I use discount codes?
After you have added your items to your cart, please select to proceed to checkout. You will then have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order. Please bear in mind, only one discount code can be redeemed per order
What happens if my order is faulty?
If you are not happy with your order, or your order is faulty - please contact us straight away so we can assist you with a refund.

I changed my mind about my order, can I cancel it?
We totally get it, we change our minds too! If the order has already been shipped, we sadly cannot cancel it. But if it hasn’t been shipped, we will try our best to help! We recommend reaching out to us at admin@thecampoutco.com.au
Do you use sustainable packaging?
Yes! At The Campout Co we aim to package our items in cardboard boxes, and compostable mailer bags. Even our tape we use is biodegradable.
How does the tree donation work?
Each time you make a purchase, we immediately donate a tree to Eden Reforestation Project. The trees we plant support wild life diversity, improve coastlines, provided meaningful wages to indigenous population and grow Mangrove trees which are an incredible carbon sink.
