What is your shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. Your order will be shipped from us within 1-2 business days excluding public holidays. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Yes! We now offer shipping to New Zealand. We do not ship elsewhere at this time.
What is the status of my order?
If you did not recieve a tracking number or email about your order, please contact us at admin@thecampoutco.com.au and we can assist you.
I entered the wrong shipping address - HELP!
If the order hasn’t shipped, we can help. If it has shipped, sadly, our hands are tied. The best time to reach us to change your address is either right after you placed it or before 9.00am AEST the next business day. We recommend reaching out to us at admin@thecampoutco.com.au
How do I use discount codes?
After you have added your items to your cart, please select to proceed to checkout. You will then have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order. Please bear in mind, only one discount code can be redeemed per order
What happens if my order is faulty?
If you are not happy with your order, or your order is faulty - please contact us straight away so we can assist you with a refund.

I changed my mind about my order, can I cancel it?
We totally get it, we change our minds too! If the order has already been shipped, we sadly cannot cancel it. But if it hasn’t been shipped, we will try our best to help! We recommend reaching out to us at admin@thecampoutco.com.au
Do you use sustainable packaging?
Yes! At The Campout Co we aim to package our items in cardboard boxes, and compostable mailer bags. Even our tape we use is biodegradable.
How does the tree donation work?
Each time you make a purchase, we immediately donate a tree to Eden Reforestation Project. The trees we plant support wild life diversity, improve coastlines, provided meaningful wages to indigenous population and grow Mangrove trees which are an incredible carbon sink.
What is your returns policy?
RETURNS
We love our products and we know you will too! In the rare case that you don't, you have 30 days from purchase to return the item. Return shipping and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service when sending your order back to us as we're not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Items must be returned in the original shipping box/packaging and must have not been used. Once we receive your returned items we will assess the product/s and process the refund within 1-3 business day of return.
If you wish to return your purchase, please get in contact with us at admin@thecampoutco.com.au and quote your order number that was sent with your confirmation and we can assist you.
Does my product have a warranty?
180 DAY WARRANTY
All our chairs & hammocks are covered under 180 day (6 months) warranty. Below is a detailed breakdown of what’s covered and what’s not.
COVERED ✅
- Frame breakage from manufacturing faults (not by weight stress)
- Structural issues not caused by misuse
- Material rips in both hammocks and chairs
- Stitching failure in camp chairs or hammocks
⚠️ Not Covered:
- Damage from incorrect setup or wind/weather
- Rips from sharp terrain or improper use
- Dirty, wet, or mouldy gear stored improperly

What is your returns policy on SALE & SAMPLE products?
We do not currently offer refunds on items purchased during a sale or a sample sale. We do refund faulty items however. Please email us at admin@thecampoutco.com.au to discuss.
EVERYWHERE CHAIR FAQ’S
What are the dimensions of the Everywhere Chair?
- 34 x 10cm folded (about the size of a 1l bottle)
- Set up dimensions - 54cm W x 69cm H x 52 D
How much weight can the Everywhere Chair hold?
The Everywhere Chair can hold up to 120kgs.
How do I set up my chair?
When looking on each chair webpage- there is a set up video located in the images. If you can not find this, we have a set up demo in our highlights section on Instagram.

The written steps are as follows;
1. Unzip the bag and take all contents out.
2. shake out the frame and clip each leg into place. Once put together, place in desired position with all 4 feet on ground.
3. Place fabric seat on frame using the black slots on the back of the fabric. Elastic loops will help put slots into place. The seat will be tight to set up when it is first used, so some pressure will be needed.
Side note: drink holder and pocket should be closest to the front of the seat.
4. To pack away, take the fabric seat off, and fold into thirds. Unclip frame and roll up inside the seat fabric. Place in bag.
Can I wash my Everywhere Chair?
Yes, you can wash your everywhere chair fabric on a GENTLE/ HAND WASH cycle. Hand washing is also recommended if these functions are not on your washing machine.
HAMMOCKS FAQ’S
How much weight can your hammocks hold?
Our hammocks can hold up to 300kgs.
What is included in my hammock?
Included items:
- 1 Rip-stop Polyester hammock with attached bag
- Dimensions : 3m x 2m
- 2 x Tree friendly Hammock Straps with 15 loops
Length: 2.3m per strap
Weight rating: 150kg per strap - 2 x 12KN Carabiners
How do I set up my hammock?
- Pull hammock and contents out of the bag.
- Find 2 trees (or posts) that are 2.5 meters - 4.5 meters apart.
- Loop a strap around each tree, and pull through, leaving the 15 loops hanging down.
- Clip each Carabiner into the desired loop at each end. Reminder to not have your hammock too high off the ground. Approx 45cm is ideal.
- Lay back and RELAX!
