Refund policy

RETURNS

We love our products and we know you will too! In the rare case that you don't, you have 30 days from purchase to return the item. Return shipping and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service when sending your order back to us as we're not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Items must be returned in the original shipping box/packaging and must have not been used. Once we receive your returned items we will assess the product/s and process the refund within 1-3 business day of return.

If you wish to return your purchase, please get in contact with us at admin@thecampoutco.com.au and quote your order number that was sent with your confirmation and we can assist you.

REFUNDS ON SALE OR SAMPLE ITEMS 

We do not currently offer refunds on items purchased during a sale or a sample sale. We do refund faulty items however. Please email us at admin@thecampoutco.com.au to discuss. 

180 DAY WARRANTY

All our chairs & hammocks are covered under 180 day (6 months) warranty. Below is a detailed breakdown of what’s covered and what’s not. 

COVERED ✅

  • Frame breakage from manufacturing faults (not by weight stress)
  • Structural issues not caused by misuse
  • Material rips in both hammocks and chairs
  • Stitching failure in camp chairs or hammocks

⚠️ Not Covered:

  • Damage from incorrect setup or wind/weather
  • Rips from sharp terrain or improper use
  • Dirty, wet, or mouldy gear stored improperly

RETURNS - FAULTY PRODUCTS 

If you receive faulty or incorrectly supplied items we will happily refund or exchange it for you at our own expense. Should there be a problem with your product, please take a photo and contact us at admin@thecampoutco.com.au
